Appointment of CIABOC Director General in Supreme Court

The case was taken up on 19th June 2024 for Leave to Proceed, however due to a delay in serving notices, the case was re-fixed for support for 7th October 2024. Two other petitions have also been filed on the same matter (SC/FR/105/2024 and SC/FR/113/2024), which will be taken up together with TISL’s Petition on the next hearing date.
